Terms and Conditions

By using Jackie Carroll Coaching's website and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided We offer professional coaching services, workshops, group
programmes, and digital content to support career transition and personal development. Our
services are designed to provide guidance, structure, and support. As results depend on
individual effort, commitment, and circumstances, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Payment & Refund Policy Payment is required in full before accessing any coaching
programme, course, or digital content. Instalment plans must be completed as agreed at the
point of enrolment.
As all programme materials, resources, and content are made available to participants upon
enrolment, monetary refunds are not available once the programme has been accessed.
If you have a concern about your experience, please refer to our Goodwill Resolution Policy
below, which outlines the support options available to you.

3. Goodwill Resolution Policy At Jackie Carroll Coaching, we take your satisfaction
seriously. If you feel the programme has not met the standards outlined in our Customer
Guarantee, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the
programme start date.

Depending on the nature of your concern, we will offer one or more of the following goodwill
resolutions:

  • A complimentary one-to-one coaching session with Jackie Carroll to address your
    specific needs
  • Access to a future Redundancy Reset Bootcamp cohort at no additional cost
  • Extended ThriveHub membership providing continued peer support and resources
    beyond the standard post-programme period
    All goodwill requests are reviewed individually and responded to within 7 working days.

4. Complaints Procedure We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and
professionally. If at any point during your programme you feel your experience is not meeting
the standards outlined in our Customer Guarantee, please contact us directly at
[email protected].

  • All complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours
  • A full response will be provided within 7 working days
  • All complaints are documented and used to inform ongoing programme improvement

If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you are welcome to escalate your concern
in writing to [email protected] marked for the attention of Jackie Carroll.

5. Coaching Disclaimer Jackie Carroll is a professionally qualified coach, not a licensed
therapist, counsellor, or financial advisor. Coaching is for guidance, career development, and
personal growth, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial
advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we
encourage you to seek appropriate professional help.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling. For one-to-one coaching sessions, at least 24 hours
notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or
refunded.
For group programmes, session recordings or materials will be made available where
possible if a participant is unable to attend a scheduled live session.

7. Intellectual Property All content, materials, workbooks, frameworks, and resources
provided through Jackie Carroll Coaching's programmes, sessions, or website are the
intellectual property of Healthy Dynamics Limited and may not be copied, shared, resold, or
distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Jackie Carroll Coaching and Healthy Dynamics Limited are not
responsible for any personal, financial, or professional consequences resulting from
coaching advice or materials provided. Clients assume full responsibility for their own
decisions and actions throughout and following their engagement with our services.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most
recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services
following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
